5 Cards 1 Kit Featuring Simon Says Stamp Limited Edition Happy Mail Kit

Hello Everyone and thank you so much for joining me !! I think I came up with some fun cards that I hope you will enjoy. If you want a more in-depth look at how these cards came together please check out the video down below. Let's jump right in!!

For my first card I really wanted to take the mini envelopes in the kit and create mini cards for them so I made cards that measure 2.5 by 3.5 inches and blended on some Distress Oxide ink on each in the colours Tumbled Glass for the blue skies, Ground espresso for the ground under the truck and wild honey for behind the cups and splashed on some perfect pearls. The images were stamped out and coloured with my Karin Brush Marker Pro's. I stamped the happy mail sentiment on each in VersaFine Onyx Black ink and adhered all the layers together and called these cute mini cards done.

For this card I really wanted to play with the patten paper and Ephemera so I picked out piece's to create a scene, and cut down a piece of pattern paper to use as a background. I brought in a grass die and blended on some Pine Needles Distress Oxide ink for added definition, I also brought in a cloud stencil and Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink to enhance the background. I adhered all the images down and trimmed off anything that was hanging off the card base. I stamped out my sentiment with some VersaFine black ink and added a couple MoonShine sequins and called this card done.

For my third card I really wanted to use the stencil that came in the kit so I blended three Distress oxides through it in Kitsch Flamingo, Picked Raspberry and Abandoned Coral. I foiled a sentiment out of the sentiment strips with some Shattered Rainbow foil and gave the sentiment and my panel a gold matte. I really wanted to use one of the hearts but I wanted it to be pink to match so I covered it in some Picked Raspberry Distress Glaze and heat set it then wrapped some gold thread about the card and added my heart charm on to the panel. I finished the card off with some MoonShine sequins.

This card is super simple to make but is very pretty, I cut out a silver matte and a panel to go on my A2 base each about 1/8th of an inch smaller than the last. I used the stencil from the kit and covered my panel in Iridescent Glitz glitter gel, then cut the wafer die out of 4 layers of white card stock and the shadow to the die in the same silver matte cardstock. I layered up the 4 layers of words and adhered them down to the shadow. Then I adhered my layers together and added some MoonShine sequins.

For this final card I really wanted to make a flat shaker card, I cut out my mini slimline base, a doll pink matte and a piece of pattern paper to work as my shaker pocket. I adhered some plastic from my stash around the pattern paper and added the heart sequins and some rock candy glitter into the pocket and sealed it up. I white heat embossed my sentient on some doll pink cardstock and trimmed it down into a label with a fish banner on one side. I adhered that adorable rabbit on top that I coloured earlier with my Karin Brush Markers Pro.
