Hello Everyone, Thank you so much for stopping by!! I have two Alcohol ink Thank you cards to show you, Let's jump in!!
To start I am using Tim Holtz Yupo cut down to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2, To get the inks moving I like to spray a layer of 99% alcohol onto my Yupo. For the pink panel, I used Gilded, Raspberry, and Enchanted Tim Holtz Alcohol Ink and the Blue panel uses, Sterling, Tranquil and Cool Peri Tim Holtz Alchohol Ink. I used the Tim Holtz Alcohol Ink Air Blower and Blending solution to move the Inks around until I like the outcome. This is a bit of a trial and error technique so play, play, play until you like what you have made.
Once my Panels were dry I trimmed them both down, The pink one I trimmed in half and the blue one I just made it smaller so that I could add a Black matte and a white border around it. I also cut out three Simon Says stamp Bold Thanks Dies and stacked them on top for the Blue Card's sentiment and stamped down a thank you sentiment from Memory Box's Thank you sentiments onto my base.
I then adhered my layers and attached them to A2 card bases, shockingly there is not extra bling or shine in these cards because I thought that the Alcohol Inks spoke volumes for themselves. If you would like a more in-depth tutorial please check out the video below. There is also a full supplies list below the video. Thank you so much for stopping by and I look forward to seeing you again soon!!
