Hello everyone and thank you so much for joining me for week 6 of the 12 weeks of Christmas series, I have a really clean and simple card design to share with you today, that could be easily mass-produced for some quick cards.
As always I like to cut down my cardstock to start, I am using an A2 sized base with a black matte that's 1/8th of an inch smaller than the base and a coloured panel that's 1/8th of an inch smaller than the black matte. I laid out the snowflake stamps in my Misti and stamped them on the top corner of my panel with VersaMark ink. I then rotated my cardstock and stamped the snowflakes again and coated them with WOW! Sparkling Snow Embossing Powder and heat set them until they were smooth and melted.
Once both panels were embossed I decided I really wanted to have a bit more dimension and embossed them again. I then stamped out my sentiment on another piece of the Seaglass and cotton candy cardstock and trimmed it down to be a small panel to take the center stage of the card. I also chose to matte the sentiment as I did the panel, I like how this ties the whole card together.
I could resist adding some jewels within the snowflakes for a bit more shine, I hope you enjoyed this quick and simple Christmas card and will give it a try. If you would like a more in-depth look at how I made this card please check out the video down below, there is also a full supplies list below the video. Thank you again for stopping by and I cannot wait to see you again soon.
