Copic Coloured Artist Trading Card | Joy Clair Designs Sweet Halloween Digital Stamp Set


Hello Everyone and Thank you for joining me !! I have a fun Artist Trading Card to share with you today! So let's jump in.


I used my Cricut to cut out the Cupcake images from the Joy Clair Happy Halloween Digital stamp set, and have a 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches piece of cardstock that makes up my Artist trading card. I have an inkjet printer so I like to colour my digital images with Copic markers as they won't smudge the ink. I used V12, V15, V17 for my purple icing, N1 and N3 for shading on the ghost, YG23, and YG25 for the leaf, E13, E25, E27 and E57 for the browns, R05 and R24 for the mouths, and YR04, YR07 and YR16 for my pumpkin.


I then used the Rays Layering Stencil and some Tumbled Glass Distress Oxide ink on the background to add some interest. I did use my Make Art Stay-tion to hold the stencil and my cardstock in place. I have found this to be a great way to hold down a stencil. I grabbed some thin foam squares and added them behind my cupcake image to add some dimension to my Artist Trading Card. I also added some Moon Shine Sequins for a little extra shine and called this Artist Trading card done.
