Distress Oxide Ink Blended Slimline Card | Kitsch Flamingo Oxide Ink

Hello and thank you so much for stopping by!! I have this fun Oxide ink blended slimline card to share with you this week so let's jump right in!!

As always I like to cut down my cardstock to start so I have my base cut to 7 by 8.5 inches and scored at 3.5 inches and a panel to blend on that I will use a die to cut down later. I am using three Distress Oxide colours in Kitsch Flamingo, Peacock Feathers, and Cracked Pistachio, I blend between them until I get a blend I am happy with. Then flick on some clean clear water and some perfect pearls to add some texture to my background.

While my blended panel dries I cut out my Hello Friend sentiment 3 times from white cardstock and layer them together to give the sentiment more body. I used the Waffle Flower Slim Lacy Layers Dies to trim down my blended panel and adhere that to the card base. I added the die-cut sentiment on top and a few gems for some added shine. This is a fairly simple card but I think it turned out really pretty.
