Distress Oxide Ink Blended Slimline Snowflake Card | Simon Says Stamp Center Cut Snowflake

Thank you all so much for joining me for another slimline snowflake card!! Let's jump right into how I made them.

As always I like to start by cutting down my cardstock, I have a base, when scored measures 3.5 x 8.5 inches, a black matte 1/8th of an inch smaller than my base, and a panel 1/8th of an inch smaller than my black matte.

I white heat embossed my two panels with the Simon Says Stamp Center Cut Snowflake stamp, then blended on Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves, and Speckled egg Distress Oxide Ink to my first panel and Blueprint Sketch, Wilted Violet, and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Ink on my second panel. I then splashed on some Perfect Pearls mixed with water to add some shine to the background.

I stamped out the sentiment from this stamp set and white heat embossed it on the same black cardstock, then used a circle die from my stash to cut it out. I added some black 3D foam squares to the back for a little added dimension and adhered my panel and black matte to the base. I couldn't stop myself from adding a few extra gems across the design for a little more sparkle.
