Distress Sprayed Be Fearless Leaf Prints 2 A2 Card | Tim Holtz Leaf Prints 2 Stamp set

Thank you so much for joining me for this Distress Sprayed Be Fearless Leaf Prints 2 A2 Card, Let's jump right in.


I started by creating the background, I used a piece of watercolour cardstock and misted it with water then added 4 colours of Distress Spray's in Picked Raspberry, Tumbled Glass, Harvest Moon and Jack-o-lantern, I dried between the layers until I was happy with how it turned out. I made sure the panel was fully dry then clear heat embossed several leaf stamps and a circle stamp onto the background.


Once everything was smooth and melted I used a black ink pad and shipped it across the panel then used a clean paper towel to buff off any ink sitting on top of the embossing powder. I splashed on some gold iridescent acrylic ink for added shimmer and shine and to tie in the gold circle element I plan to add to the panel. Then I trimmed the background down with my deckled edge trimmer for some added texture then set it aside to work on the focal images.


I white heat embossed three leaves onto heavy weight vellum and gold embossed the same circle stamp to add with the leaves, then fussy cut out all the images. I also white heat embossed my sentiment on a piece of black cardstock and trimmed it with the deckled edge trimmer as well to get the same look as the background. Once I found a lay out I liked with the focal images I adhered everything down with some bearly art glue and popped up the panel with some Big Mama Foam tape for added dimension. I added some Espresso jewels for a but more shine and called this card done.
