Floral Distress Oxide Blended Slimline Card | Simon Says Stamp Sketched Flowers

Hello Everyone!! thank you so much for joining me !! I am sure you aren't surprised that we are making a floral slimline care but bare with me!! Let's jump in..

To start I like to cut down my cardstock before I start making so that I know what I am working with, my slimline base is 7 by 8.5 inches then scored at 3.5 inches. My black matter is 1/8th of an inch smaller than my base and my panel is 1/8th of an inch smaller than my black matte. I used my domed blending foams to blend on my three oxide colours Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves and Speckled Egg, I blended back and forth between them until I had a blend that I liked.

Using my Misti I stamped the large floral from the Simon Says Stamp's Sketched Flowers and the Happy Birthday from that same stamp set onto my blended panel with Gina K's Amalgam ink. Once my ink was dry I used an N5 Copic to shade in my flower centres and anywhere there was a petal overlapping another just to add a bit more depth to my image. I then splattered on some perfect pearls and added a few Clear Jewels on top for some extra shine!!

Fun card but I have a question. You said the blue ink was so juicy. I have several distress oxide inks but I have NEVER had as much color coverage as you did on this video. Even when they were new. So, I guess I need ink refills for all of them?
