Glittery Snowflake Slimline Cards | Simon Says Stamp Sophie & Grace Snowflakes Dies

Thank you so much for stopping by to join me for these beautiful Gittery snowflake slimline cards!! Let's jump right into it.

As always I like to cut down my cardstock so I can see what I am working with, I like my slimline bases to be 7 inches by 8.5 inches scored at 3.5 inches. That's the size I like but there are a few different sizes of slimline cards so choose whatever size you like. I also cut down a panel of Hammer to be 1/8th of an inch smaller than my base. I used three Distress Oxide inks in Shaded Lilac, Tumbled Glass, and Pumice Stone to create the background, I then flicked on some clean clear water and some perfect pearls. I used two snowflake dies from Simon Says Stamp the Grace and Sophie and cut them out multiple times, in sliver glitter cardstock for the top and a piece of white scrap paper to give them more stability.

Once my blended panel was dry I used two circles from my nested circle dies and cut three circles out of my panel making sure that two of them went out of the panel for added interest. I adhered the panel down to one base and the circles down to another for two slimline cards. After layering up my snowflakes I adhered 3 to each card base. I stamped out a sentiment and trimmed it down into a strip and lifted one up with foam strips for some dimension on that card, I adhered the other sentiment flat onto the card base as I curled up the ends of the snowflakes for dimension. I added a few gems across both cards for some added bling.
