Grunge Dandelion Artist Trading Card | Tim Holtz Flower Garden Stamp set
Hello Everyone Thank you so much for joining me for this week's video, I have these fun grunge Artist trading cards to share with you, so let's jump right in.
I have been loving using Strathmore's ready-cut 5x7 card stock for my artist trading cards as it makes a perfect 4 cards with no waste. For my background, I used three Distress Oxide sprays in Tumbled Glass, Shaded Lilac, and Hickory smoke, working between the colours and adding water to get them to blend together.
I stamped out the dandelion stamp and stem on some Copic safe paper with Copic safe ink and used N0, N2, and N4 to add shadows to my white flower petals, Y00, Y02, Y08, and YR68 for the top of my dandelion, and G99 for the stem. I used my Mini snips to fussy cut out my images. I adhered down the stem flat to the background and added a thin 3D foam square to the dandelion and curled up the flower petals. I did use some fun stamps to add extra texture to the background. To finish off my ATC's I brought in a glitter pen and added it on top of my flower petals.
