Mini Slimline Snowflake Sparkle Cards with Matching Envelopes

Hello and thank you so much for joining me, I had a lot of fun creating these over the top sparkley Mini Slimline cards so let's jump right in.

As always I like to cut down my cardstock to start, I cut two bases to 6 x 6 inches and scored them at the 3 inch mark, I then cut down another 6 x 6 inch panel to use as my background out of some HammerMill Cardstock. I bought in Simon Says Stamps Snowflake Cluster stencil and add some pixie spray to the back so it wouldn't move around while I ink blended my background. For the background I used three Distress oxide ink colours in Shaded Lilac, Salvaged Patina and Pumice Stone, blending them randomly over top of the stencil. After removing the stencil I splashed on some perfect pearls I have mixes up in a mini mister bottle and set the panel aside to dry.

Once dry I cut the panel in half and cut an extra 1/4 inch off to add layers underneath the panel. I cut a Champaign Glitter panel down to be 1/8th of an inch smaller than my base. I then took that glitter panel and cut out several snowflakes to adhere on the front of the blended panel I made sure to stay in the centre of the glitter cardstock so it wouldn't show when I layered up the panels. Then adhered my layers together making sure to add glue where the holes were from the cut out snowflakes. I stamped out my sentiment in Golden Glitz ink and trimmer them down to small labels, added some thin 3D foam squares to the back and adhered them in the centre of the largest snowflake. Then I added some Arctic Breeze pearls to the centre of the smaller snowflakes and to the points of the larger snowflake.

All that's left is to create an envelope for the cards, I like to use the We R Memory keepers 1-2-3 Punchboard and follow their measurements for the 3 x 6 inch card. If you would like a more in-depth look at how I made the cards or envelopes please check out the video below, I also have a full supplies list below the video if you want to know exactly what I used. Thank you so much for stopping by and I cannot wait to see you again soon!!
