Rainbow Mandala Card | Joy Clair Designs Mandala Love Digital Stamp Set
Thank you so much for stopping by to check out my Rainbow Mandala Card using Joy Clair Designs Mandala Love Digital stamp set, I love how this card turned out and I hope you enjoy the process as much as I did!!
I used Photoshop to create my layout choosing my favourite of the three Mandalas from Mandala Love Digital stamp set and a sentiment from the Floral Friendship Digital Stamp Set. I printed my panel out on 80lb Neenah Solar white cardstock which is a Copic safe cardstock. I trimmed my panel down to 5 1/4 by 4 inches, I also have a black matte cut down to 5 3/8 by 4 1/8 inches and my card base was an A2 with a side fold.
For the colouring, I used RV06, R24, YR07, Y06, YG07, G16, BG45, B24, BV13, V05. I did switch up the YR07 for YR16 because I felt there wasn't enough contrast between R24 and YR07 but I love how it turned out. I then used N0 and N1 to add a shadow around the Mandala to add some depth and contrast between the Mandala and the white cardstock.
I then used Nuvo Deluxe Glue to adhere down the panel and the black matte and then to the A2 base. For a little extra bling, I added some black jewels from the Pink Fresh Studio Essential Jewels Mix at the points of the Mandala. If you want a step by step tutorial of the colouring please check out the video down below, there is also a full supplies list if you are curious about anything I used while making this card.
