Simple Pink Ombre Floral Anniversary card | Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Flowers Stamp Set

Hello Everyone and thank you for joining me, today I have this Simple Pink Ombre Floral Anniversary card to share with you. Let's jump right in.

To start I always like to cut down my cardstock so I know what I am working with, for this I cut down two panels to 4 1/4 by 5 1/2. On the first panel, I blended 3 Distress Oxide Ink colours in Spun Sugar, Kitsch Flamingo and Picked Raspberry working back and forth with the colours until I had a blend I was happy with. I then put the second panel in my Misti and lined up the large floral from Simon Says Stamps Beautiful Flowers stamp set. It's important to use a stamping platform here because you need the image to be in the exact same place on both panels.

I stamped the image in VersaFine Nocturne ink on both panels as I love how bold this black ink is. Once the ink was dry I splashed on some perfect pearls to both panels for some added shimmer and shine. I then trimmed down the ink blended panel to have the white border and the stamped image showing past the panel. I brought my ink blended panel back into my Misti and stamped out the word happy from Simon Says Stamps Big Birthday Greetings stamp set and white heat embossed it. I also stamped out the word anniversary from Simon Says Stamps You Have My Hearts stamp set on a scrap of black cardstock and white heat embossed it as well, then cut it down into a small sentiment label.

I adhered the ink blended panel to the second panel making sure to line up the image, then brought in some Darice thin foam strips to adhered down my sentiment strip. As a final touch, I added a few clear crystals and called this card done. I hope you enjoyed this Simple Pink Ombre Floral Anniversary card as much as I did !!
