Vibrant Distress Spray Lantern Card | Shine Brightly!!

Thank you so much for joining me for this Vibrant Distress Spray Lantern Card, Let's jump right in.

To make the background I started by heat embossing some fun text randomly on a few areas of the watercolour paper, I then sprayed on Salvaged Patina, Snow Flurries and Hocus Pocus and some water for movement, drying between layers until I was happy with the blend. I then used three Archival inks in Dusty Concord, Speckled Egg and Evergreen Bough adding texture with two stamp sets Reflections and Don't forget to fly stamping at random.

I used the Candlelight colourized die set for a focal image I cut the layers out of silver and black metallic Kraft-stock for the lantern, for the candle I used Cream cardstock for the body of the candle, a white glitter cardstock for the wax drips and some Gold metallic Kraft-stock for the flame. I used bearly art glue to adhere the layers and added some acetate to the lantern to look like glass. I chose a sentiment out of the Sentiment label stickers and adhered it beside my Lantern. To finish off the card I added a couple Glacier jewels and a black matte to give the card a more defined border.
