Vibrant Pink & Orange Pumpkin Mixed Media Halloween A2 Card Tutorial

Thank you so much for joining me for this Vibrant Pink & Orange Pumpkin Mixed Media Halloween A2 Card Tutorial, Let's jump right in.

I started this card by using my BetterPress to press the spider web plate onto some porcelain BetterPress paper with black ink. I then trimmed down a black matte to 1/8th inch smaller than the A2 base and the spider web background panel to 1/8th of an inch smaller than the black matte.

Next, I cut out the layers of Edison and blended Carved pumpkin Oxide ink on the bottom of all three layers, Picked Raspberry Oxide ink on the top of the pumpkin layers then adhered the 3 layers and stem pieces together. I also splashed on some perfect pearls to the pumpkin layers and the spider web background. I also splashed on both Oxide colours to the spider web background to tie the colours together.

I used some mummy cloth to ground my pumpkin and added some Mica flakes because I can't ever have enough shimmer and shine in my designs. For some final touches, I white heat embossed a sentiment on black cardstock, trimmed it down to a strip adhered it next to the pumpkin then added some iridescent stars as a fun embellishment.
