Whimsical Balloon Party Animal Rainbow Birthday A2 Card

Thank you so much for joining me for this Whimsical Balloon Party Animal Rainbow Birthday A2 Card, Let's jump right in.
For this card, I used an A2 base and then trimmed down a matte to be 1/8th of an inch smaller than the base and a panel to be 1/8th of an inch smaller than the matte, I used my Deckled edge trimmer for some added interest on both the matte and the panel. I used a cloud stencil on the panel and six colours of Distress Oxide ink in Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Mermaid Lagoon and Wilted Violet, turning the stencil after every row for more interest.
I then die-cut out the Balloon Party Animal from some Metallic Silver Kraftstock and layered up the extra pieces with some thin 3d foam squares giving the balloon more dimension. I used a piece of Scor-Tape on the back of the balloon animal and used it to secure some white thread I wrapped around the balloon to look as if it's pulling the sentiment along with it as it flies through the air. I white heat embossed a sentiment from the Complimentary Slider Greetings set on some Fog cardstock and trimmed it down to be a label.
I splashed some Perfect Pearls onto the background for some added shimmer and shine and then adhered down my balloon animal and sentiment to the panel. I used liquid glue to adhere my layers giving me a few moments of wiggle room to make sure they were aligned nicely. For some added shine on the card, I used some Vanilla Luster Sequins and adhered them across the card from the top left to the bottom right and then called this card done.
