Wobbling Gnome Christmas Card | 12 weeks of Christmas Part 2


Hello Everyone and thank you so much for joining me for episode two in my 12 days of Christmas series. Today I have this fun Wobble Gnome Christmas Card to share with you, so let's jump right in!!


As always I like to have my cardstock cut down, I am working with an A2 sized card base, a piece of black card stock, and a plaid cardstock from Photo Play Kringle & Co paper pack. I used some stitched rectangles to trim them down and ran the plaid piece of cardstock through my Big Shot with an embossing folder for some added texture. I used the same paper pack for the hat and shirt on my gnome, which is a die from Simon says stamp called Lil Gnome Thin Wafer Die. The nose, beard, and base were cut out of some white cardstock and coloured in with some Copics N1 and N0 for shading on the beard, and E11 for the nose.


I adhered the layers of cardstock together and the layers of my gnome to the base with some Nuvo deluxe glue. I then stamped out a sentiment from Simon Says Stamps Gnome for the Holidays with Candie Apple Distress Oxide Ink and trimmed it out with my timmer, then adhered that to another piece of black cardstock and trimmed that down. I added a mini action wobbler to the back of my gnome and placed him on the card. Then adhered my sentiment down behind the left side of my gnome.


I used a red (R05) Copic to fill in the sentiment as I didn't like the outlined look for this card. I couldn't resist adding a few Simon Says Stamp Moonshine sequins and some Spectrum Noir Glitter pen to the ho ho ho in the sentiment for a little extra shine.
