Copic Coloured Halloween Gnome Spooky Sky A2 Card | Simon Says Stamp Halloween Gnomies Stamps


Thank you so much for joining me for this Copic Coloured Halloween Gnome Spooky Sky A2 Card, Let's jump right in.


To start I created the background of this card, I used watercolour cardstock and a moon mask. Then I sprayed it heavily with Fortune Teller and Hocus Pocus Mica sprays and added some Villanious Potion Spray stain to make it darker around the edges. After removing the mask I sprayed a little bit of water in the moon area to get the colours to seep into the moon giving it a creepy effect.


While the background was drying I stamped out the flying Gnome and some stars onto a piece of Copic safe cardstock and used several Copic markers to colour my images. I used Y06, Y08 and Y19 for the stars, YR04, YR09 and YR16 for the clothes on the gnome, N1, N3, and N5 for the grey details and E42, E23, E25, E27 and E29 for the hair, broom and skin tone. I used the matching dies to cut out all my elements then added some glitter on a few elements and some white highlights with my gel pen.


I used Slate cardstock to matte my card panel and to white heat emboss my sentiment on, I used the matching die and cut out the sentiment then added some glitter to the inside of the letters for some added shimmer and shine. All that's left is to adhere all the elements down and add a few extra star embellishments to catch the light. I am pretty happy with how this card turned out.
